In order to handle drainage and create a smooth transition to the garage an apron of jumbo granite cobbles were installed flush with the driveway and abutting the concrete apron of the garage.  Cobble edges for driveways are typically set in a mortar bed and can have mortar filled joints or a dry fit appearance.
